The policy respectfully requests that all customers accessing our swim changing, poolside, steam rooms or saunas remove any outdoor footwear before doing so. This applies to all our leisure centres, and will prevent any dirt or bacteria being transferred from shoes onto flooring, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
Due to the environmental impact of single use plastics, we will no longer be offering our customers overshoes for use in these areas.
Customers can bring clean alternative footwear such as flip-flops, to wear in wet areas if they wish, however these should not be worn outside at any time.
Our customers cooperation with this policy is greatly appreciated.
