What does it involve?

Light Circuits is a low-intensity full-body workout that combines cardio activity and strength training. The focus here is very much on taking things easy, performing standing and floor exercises that you're comfortable with to build confidence and improve fitness.

Our instructors let you go at your own pace, providing the support and motivation you need to get the most out of a session.

Is it for me?

Our Light Circuits class is a weekly get together of fun loving friends. The activity part is just a bonus! You can do as much or as little as you like, surrounded by a supportive bunch of folks at the same level as you.
