What does it involve?
Circuits class is a full-body workout that combines cardio activity and strength training. The session focuses on short bursts of exercise alternating between cardio and strength based exercises giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself and work hard.
Is it for me?
Circuits allows you to do as much or as little or as much as you like, allowing all to work at their own pace so if you feel like taking up something new try a range of different exercises and burn a few calories along the way, come join us here.
