What does it involve?
Aquafit is a high-energy, fun fitness class that's great for burning fat, boosting energy and improving well-being. It's aerobics in a pool, which means all the enjoyment of aerobic activity with none of the strain or impact on joints.
Our qualified instructors use aqua dumbbells, hydro discs and kickboards to help build strength, while the water helps blood flow and increases range of motion.
Is it for me?
If you enjoy being active in the water and are big on fun, Aquafit is most certainly for you.
It's the most fun you'll have in a pool that doesn't involve a water slide. Getting fit is just a bonus!
